I really want to make penne macaroni and maybe some ravioli each proposal will be very apprecitated!

I bought one years ago, Imperia, and were very satisfied. They sell accessories for ravioli, etc., but the dough can be cut into various shapes by hand - or they buy one of these roles to cut and paste to seal the ravioli. Try an online search for Imperia. It also comes with some recipes. Or please see on eBay.
