Clean your colon when you put in your mouth. The other end of washing is too late.
I have done this and it was good, but he said he would be more efficient if it satisfies the so-called Oxy Powder for a while first (and I think if I'd 've had this for a while, I could not feel the need after the colon!) Oxy-Powder is not cheap, but it's really clean! This is not a laxative so it is not a habit - I (maybe a few days to several months, but I drink green soft with flaxseed in helping me to clean the rest of the time). May I one day I would be at home in the morning and about 1-2pm work are perhaps twice. You can place during the night, but the first time that I have I try to ensure that they are in the vicinity of the house until you get used to the idea!
I was not in London, can not recommend it, but not unpleasant. Do not feel so light and fresh as I had expected.
